Sunrise Yoga is a steady, structured 60-minute class designed to help you start the day feeling awake, grounded, and physically ready.
This class follows a consistent, approachable format, focusing on familiar postures, simple transitions, and a balanced pace. Expect to build strength, mobility, and flexibility without rushing or intensity overload. The emphasis is on clarity and repeatability, making this an ideal class to attend regularly — whether you’re returning to yoga, building a routine, or looking for a reliable morning practice. Led by Pilin Anice, an experienced teacher known for creating calm, welcoming classes that support confidence, consistency, and long-term progress. You will need a yoga mat, bath or yoga towel, hand towels and water for class. (We recommend water with electrolytes.)
